Grand Marshall, Mr. Frank Forsthoefel!
June 1, 2021
5:30 - 6:30 p.m.
University of Cincinnati
Blue Ash Campus
9555 Plainfield Road
Parents of students with fourth grade students from Blue Ash, Maple Dale, Montgomery and Symmes are cordially invited to participate in a car parade the evening of June 1, 2021.
Families are encouraged to drive through with their fourth grade students to see their teachers and be celebrated! We encourage families to decorate cars, make signs and have streamers to celebrate their fourth grade “graduation!” We ask each family to drive through one time only so that everyone has an opportunity to be celebrated.
The times for each elementary school will be staggered to help support traffic flow: Blue Ash Elementary @ 5:30, Maple Dale @ 5:45, Montgomery @ 6:00, Symmes @ 6:15.
Teachers and administrators from the four schools as well as virtual teachers will be along the parade route to wave and cheer as the cars drive through. Blue Ash Police will be at the entrance and exit of the route to help cars safely enter and exit onto Plainfield Road. Cars will enter from Plainfield Road using the entrance nearest to Cooper Road *See map below.
We hope you can join us for this special event!

The Power of PTO
At Blue Ash Elementary we are blessed with great staff, great students, and great families. But behind every truly successful school is a strong Parent Teacher Organization (PTO).
So many of the activities, supports, events, and celebrations that we enjoy at BAE are because we have an involved and supportive PTO. This organization is led by a group of parent volunteers that get together with Mrs. Combs to plan and implement ways to enrich the school experience for everyone. Whether it is our Haunted Festival, Active Aves, Cultural Celebrations, or other school community gatherings, our PTO makes it possible....and we have a lot of fun in the process!
Please review the information below and consider being a part of our PTO leadership team.
