One week till the BIG DAY for the Grizzlies!

Dear Families,

I am beyond excited to start the school year. In just a few short days, we will open our doors once again to a year filled with excitement, growth, and learning.


I can't wait to begin Glacier Peak's next chapter with you. Together, we will cultivate a community of learners by behaving in a kind, caring, honest, and compassionate manner in order to challenge and inspire each member of our school community to be more and do more than they thought possible.

A few things about me personally...

I am a Colorado native from right here in Thornton. I have been married to my husband, Gabe Costa, for 20 years this August. We have three daughters, a wonderful 17-year-old, Hailey, an amazing 15-year-old, Averi, and our baby girl, Grace, who is 11-years-old this year. Some of my favorite pastimes include being up in the mountains, skiing, and going to concerts.

Professionally...

This will be my 21st year in education, and my 6th year in administration, and my first year as a Principal (Full Resume). What I love best about leading a school is building positive relationships with staff, students, and parents. I am looking forward to meeting our new students and strengthening my relationships with all our returning scholars and families.

School hours- 7:50-2:35 Monday-Friday. Our doors open at 7:40. There is no supervision before 7:40.

School Breakfast & Lunch is free for everyone. (new this year)
