Steps For Arrival and Process
Students/parents will arrive during their designated date/time. (We will allow one parent per student to come with. No siblings as we want to limit the amount of people in the building during this process).
Please wear your mask upon arrival and maintain social distancing.
Students/parents will park in the main student parking lot leaving at least three spaces between other cars in all directions.
Students/parents will approach the main entrance of Armstrong and wait to enter until directed by staff. Cones will be set up to indicate mandated spacing in the waiting line.
There will be three stations located in Armstrong and thus three students allowed in at a time (one at each station). Each student/parent is required to check in at each station.
Student/parent will hand sanitize then enter the main entrance of Armstrong when directed by staff. In the main entrance foyer they can pay any fees that are owed (you have been sent an email if you owe fees) and return any athletic equipment due to the school if needed.
Students will then proceed to Auditorium Foyer where they will return their Chromebook, textbooks or any other items due to school.
Lastly, students will move toward the music hallway where they will collect their cap and gown. (Students not having ordered a cap and gown or those that need to pay for cap and gown still must do so at that station on Wednesday, May 27th)
