Parent Education Opportunity - Johnson County Sheriff's Office

From Johnson County:

Clear Creek Amana Families: Come join us THURSDAY FEBRUARY 20TH at CCA High School from 9am-5pm. Johnson County deputies will be on site with the "What You Don't See" training room.

What is that you ask?? Good question! "What You Don't See" is an interactive, mobile exhibit that is set up to simulate a teenager's bedroom. Attendees will learn the meanings, signs, symbols & clothing, common hiding spots and other precursors about dangerous behaviors that can be a tip to unsuspecting parents.

The exhibit will be at Clear Creek High School during Parent Teacher Conferences (PLP). This is a come and go as you please environment, you could spend 5 minutes or 30 minutes interacting, you decide!

If you're a parent, coach, teacher, grandparent, anyone (18 or older) that has a vested interest in a teenager's life this FREE education center will benefit you. It will be located at CCA High School.
