DEPENDABILITY - All Pro Dad Breakfast Maple Dale Elementary, January 15th
You are invited to the Maple Dale Elementary All Pro Dads breakfast on Wednesday January 15th from 8-9am in the school cafeteria. This free monthly breakfast is sponsored by fathers, the PTO, and local businesses.
We will have a special guest – the Chick-fil-A cow mascot will be joining us!
If you were to find yourself in a difficult situation and needed help, who would you turn to? You would turn to someone you trust, who you can count on to be there for you. In other words, you would turn to someone who is dependable. As an All Pro Dad, you want to raise your children to be people others can trust and count on—dependable.
If attending please RSVP by noon on Monday January 13th via the link below so the correct amount of food is ordered.
Reminders- please do not walk your child to their classroom, please park down at the district offices to free parking spaces for staff members, and please be aware that a school delay or closure cancels the breakfast.
Please consider making a donation to support an upcoming meeting. Checks can be made out to “Maple Dale PTO” with “All Pro Dads” in the memo line and given to Greg or Doug.

In Case You Missed It...
Turn Markers Into Energy!
We are excited to tell you about a very special program at our school in
conjunction with Crayola. It’s called Crayola ColorCycle – an amazing program
devised to repurpose used markers rather than sending them to landfills!
The ColorCycle program has re-purposed more than 70 tons of expended
markers in the United States and Canada since 2013, and uses the most
advanced plastic conversion technologies available today to make wax
compounds for asphalt and roofing shingles as well as to generate electricity that
can be used to heat homes, cook food, and power vehicles.
All around Maple Dale, students and teachers will be collecting used markers
that are ready to be discarded. Please help support our efforts by sending your
kids in with any used markers you may have around the house- even non-
Crayola brands! Highlighters and dry erase markers can also be included. Drop-
off boxes will be located around the school for your child to deposit the markers.
Thank you in advance for participating! With the help of parents like you across
the country, the Crayola ColorCycle program can continue to keep tons of plastic
out of landfills each year.
Remember, don’t throw out that used marker—ColorCycle it!
