LVUSD to Partner with Stanford Graduate School of Education

We are excited to share that LVUSD was selected by Stanford's Challenge Success Program to support continued reflection on our educational systems to support our Student 360 initiative. A team of 20 educators will be traveling to the Stanford campus in Fall of 2019 to learn the most current, leading-edge research relating to development of systems and practices to support the cultivation of mentally healthy, college and career ready students.

Annual Parent Survey- We Welcome Your Feedback

Our annual parent survey is now available. The survey is offered annually to help inform and provide feedback to LVUSD about site and district efforts. Your anonymous feedback will help us make important decisions about priorities and action areas for future years, so that we can provide the best experience possible for families.

Please visit your school site website to access the link to this survey. The deadline is March 15th. We appreciate your time.

A Plastic Ocean begins when journalist Craig Leeson, searching for the elusive blue whale, discovers plastic waste in what should be pristine ocean. In this adventure documentary, Craig teams up with free diver Tanya Streeter and an international team of scientists and researchers, and they travel to twenty locations around the world over the next four years to explore the fragile state of our oceans, uncover alarming truths about plastic pollution, and reveal working solutions that can be put into immediate effect.
