Inclement Weather Option: Late Start Day Information
In addition to the option to hold AMI Days in case of inclement weather, Park Hill may announce a two-hour delayed start for students if there are dangerous weather, temperature or road conditions in the morning that are forecasted to improve later in the day.
On a later start day, school will start two hours after normal time at every school, and morning bus pick-up times will be two hours after the normal pick-up times. School will end at its normal time, and afternoon bus drop-off times will be the same as usual.
Here are specific details for Late Start at Renner:
- School will begin at 10:15
- Breakfast will NOT be served.
- Students will have a regular lunch and recess time.
Masks Required
Miles of Smiles (Level Up Kids)
Miles of Smiles, a program of LevelUp Kids, provides free dental care to children in the Northland who do not have access to oral health services. The dental care will be provided at Renner during the school day December 13th – January 11th. All care is provided by a licensed dentist and assistants. Miles of Smiles treats children from the ages of 3 to 18, and all patients receive a comprehensive exam, cleaning and x-rays.
Please register ASAP to ensure your child can be seen by the dentist at Renner. We highly encourage online registration, which is quick, easy and convenient! You can register right from your phone! Paper forms have also been sent home in your child’s backpack or folder.
