5TH GRADE PROPOSAL!
COUNSELOR'S CORNER
Would you like to mentor a student but don’t have time to come to school during the day? If you would like to be part of a program called “TERRIFIC KIDS,” you would be partnered with a child who would benefit from your support. You can write them notes of encouragement and deliver them to our office or mail them, give your student little gifts from time to time, leave them a treat for their lunch, etc. If you are interested in being a mentor for TERRIFIC KIDS, please email Krista.Schatzle@myeagles.org or call 517-592-2181.
If you believe your child would benefit from having a mentor from this program, please email Mrs. Schatzle at Krista.Schatzle@myeagles.org

Welcome Mrs. Cripe!
Please join me in welcoming Sarah Cripe to our CUES family! We are thrilled that she will be our new Reading Interventionist. Sarah earned her BA from Indiana University and completed her student teaching in New Zealand! She and her family recently moved to Brooklyn and immediately fell in love with its charm. She has a 4-year old son that attends preschool at CES.
THANK YOU TO OUR WONDERFUL BOARD MEMBERS!
January is a way to show our year-round appreciation for the Columbia School Board for their positive impact on our students.
