Blueberries have vitamin C and E. Blueberries come from North America, and are cultivated off of blueberry bushes. The most common blueberry is the northern highbush blueberry.

I am going to make a blueberry banana smoothie. It contains:

1 cup plain yogurt

1 cup blueberries

1 and a half cups milk

1 banana, sliced medium.
