Mr. Holt's Notes
What a week. I would like to first start by saying thank you to our DHE staff who have given so much time to make sure great partnerships are being formed during conferences. They have been so flexible during the dress up days, extended lunches, and book fair trips.
Next up.... Our amazing PTA members and volunteers who have made this week a success. This has been like no book fair I have ever been a part of. I was truly enchanted. The amazing gift that each volunteer granted our kids was so evident; our students were excited about reading! Thank you so much for the tireless hours put in that made the book fair something special for our kids.
Thank you to all those involved in ALL PRO Dads. It was amazing to see the support our kids have here at DHE. It was so meaningful to hear each guest tell something special about the student they were eating breakfast with.
And how about Ms. Fetzer and our 2nd graders! What an amazing performance. Ms. Fetzer wanted me to send a special thank you to the specials teachers, the second grade team, our custodial crew, and Ms. Baker for all their assistance in helping the students’ performance such a memorable event.
