Campus Vision:

At Travis, we will partner with the school community to create a safe environment that allows our diverse learners to reach their full potential.

Campus Mission:

At Travis Intermediate, we set high standards for our students. Our focus is the whole child, promoting successful learners, problem solvers, and promoting appropriate socialization and acceptance.

Visitor Check-in: Safety Procedures

Providing a safe learning environment is at the forefront of everyone’s mind. In addition to the many measures already in place such as secure vestibules and security cameras, you will notice some enhancements with the day-to-day operations. We ask that all guests check-in at the front desk each visit. Please bring your I.D. each time you check in. Even if we recognize you, you will be asked to show your I.D. Please ring the front doorbell and someone will assist you. All staff and visitors must wear a visible badge at all times, with visitors’ badges including a time and date stamp. Beginning this year, all guests will checkout in the front office as well. You will be asked to return your visitor sticker prior to leaving the building. We will also be addressing additional requirements from the State and monitoring updates to the best practices we already follow. Safety is our ultimate responsibility and takes all of us working together.
