Do you dig 'Who's Line Is It Anyway?' Have you ever been to an improv show? Have you ever sung, walked your dog or done improv in the shower? Have you found the meaning of life in your inbox and accidently flagged it as junk mail?
If not, then come on out for two FREE (as in -- you pay nothing) Short Form Improv Workshops at Suite 210 in Sacramento! Short form improv is a free-wheeling, collaborative artform that encourages confidence, teamwork and bold choices as participants build scene ideas from scratch.
Through mind-bending team games, scrumptious warm-ups and good old fashioned basics like 'Freeze Tag,' 'Countdown' and 'Four Square,' this workshop will provide a buffet of skills and techniques to anyone who has ever wanted to try out improv comedy.
Open to all who are interested! Beginners welcome! No prior improv experience required!!

About the Instructor - Curtis Miller
Curtis is an actor, playwright and educator who currently teaches English and coaches the improv club at Bradshaw Christian School in Sacramento. He hails from Los Angeles, where he trained in short and long form improv with Monkey Butler Comedy, and he holds a B.A. in Theater from U.C. Riverside. Curtis has taught / produced / performed in theater and improv in such near-flung places as Southern England, Hermosa Beach, CA, and Jakarta, Indonesia. He is excited to be serving with E 49 and fanning the flames of faith and art in the Sacramento area.
