An informational meeting will be held for parents and student-athletes on Tuesday, March 23rd at 3:25 pm in the Old Gym in order to learn more about the season. Darren Opel and Wendy DiStefano, UMS Tennis Coaches, will review and hand out the practice schedule, meet schedule, transportation policy, and team expectations. There are no fees to participate in athletics this year at Urban.
The first tennis practice will be on Tuesday, April 6th. The season will run through mid-May with practices/competitions held Monday - Thursday after school. All ability levels are encouraged to participate! Be active and learn the game of tennis in a safe, fun environment. Ask a friend and sign-up together! If you are interested in playing but do not own equipment, the school has tennis racquets available to borrow for the season. This is a great opportunity for beginners as well as more experienced players to get on the tennis courts. The tennis coaches look forward to meeting you on March 23!

COVID-19 Information
You may have heard in the news that the CDC has released options to reduce the length of COVID-19 quarantines. I have attached the Sheboygan County Recommendations for your review. Seton Catholic will be using those recommendations as listed below. We will maintain a 14 day quarantine as we are in a setting with many people and the potential for spread. Please be diligent with safety precautions as we are hoping to stay face to face for your children.
14 day no symptoms, no test option:
This is a 14-day quarantine from Seton School. The quarantine begins with the start of symptoms or the day of last contact with a positive case. The student can return to school without a doctor note after 14 days and if he/she has no symptoms. These days will be tracked in the office.
7 day no symptoms, negative test option:
Quarantine can end after day 7 of quarantine with a negative test and no symptoms if the test was taken no sooner than day 6 of the quarantine. The quarantine begins with the start of symptoms or day of last contact with a positive case. The student can return to school with a dated confirmation of a negative test and no symptoms. The days will be tracked in the school office.
Please note that household contacts are handled differently as noted on the recommendations below.

Support Pride in Partnership
The pandemic has been hard on many members of our community. Not only has it impacted our health and school routines, it has created many challenges for our local business. In response, Seton Catholic has created the Pride in Partnership program. We are recognizing local businesses who have agreed to post our Pride in Partnership flyer.
We ask that you support these businesses by using their services and purchasing their products. If you are considering a donation to our 2021 Mane Event, consider a gift card from one of the following Pride in Partnership members.
Get a $5 gift certificate for every $50 certificate purchased. To get the offer say that you are "buying in honor of Seton's Mane Event."
