Summer Reading Challenge 2022
WILL YOU ACCEPT THE CHALLENGE?
Rising Kindergarten, First, and Second Grade Students:
Can you read 1,400 minutes this summer?
That means....
100 minutes per week for 14 weeks.
OR
20 minutes per day, 5 days a week for 14 weeks
Rising Third, Fourth and Fifth grade students:
Can you read 2,100 minutes this summer?
That means.....
150 minutes per week for 14 weeks
OR
30 minutes per day, 5 days a week for 14 weeks
Challenge Dates: Monday, May 23rd - Friday, August 26th
IF YOU MEET THE CHALLENGE YOU WILL....
Automatically become a Book Fair VIP
(Attend a Special Book Fair VIP Lunch and
shop at the fair BEFORE the rest of the school for a FREE book!)
Earn a Reading Reward Point for Every minute you Read
(Reading Points can then be spent on many different FABULOUS Rewards!)
CHALLENGE YOURSELF THIS SUMMER!!
Remember you must meet the minimum number of reading minutes to earn rewards!
