Northwood News Feb. 27 - Mar. 3

Be Smart. Be Kind. Be United. Be a Unicorn.

Thank you for Choosing Northwood!

Dear Northwood Community,

We have a busy week coming up at Northwood. Don't forget that tomorrow, Tuesday, February 28 is our monthly early dismissal for staff professional learning at 12:30 pm. Buses and KIN will be starting at that time.

Also on Tuesday we have several students who will be recognized at the PTA Council Reflections Art program. Congratulations to Alisa Bizid, Gigi Spadaro, and Ardin Doublin!

Wednesday is Spring Picture Day! All students will have their picture taken and no orders or money will be collected at this time. Please see below for more information. And finally Thursday is College Shirt Day! Wear a shirt to support your favorite college or university!

We are just two weeks away from Spring Break and every day of learning is important and valuable. Please make sure that your child is at school and on time every day! Remember the tardy bell rings at 7:30am! Students should be in their classrooms ready to learn at that time. I think as spring fever is starting to set in, some people are hitting the snooze button on their alarm one too many times :)

Please be sure to read all the way to the end of the newsletter to find out about everything that is going on at Northwood and for important reminders.

Have a great week and thank you for your support!

Mrs. Harper
