Week of September 16th
College Fair: October 1
Students in grades 10-12 are invited to the October 1st CACRAO (Carolinas Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers) College Fair at the Greensboro Coliseum Pavilion. We will leave RECHS at 4:00pm and return at 8:00pm. The cost is $5 which includes your transportation and pizza. Please turn in your permission slip and payment by September 25th to Ms. Cross.
NC Supreme Court Justice Sam Ervin
On Tuesday, September 17th from 1:30-3:00pm in BEC 103, NC Supreme Court Justice Sam Ervin will be here. He will speak to students concerning the NC Supreme Court, along with its history and matters pertaining to the Constitution. Students will receive a Google form in their emails to register for the event.
The Big Sweep
All students and parents are invited to participate in the school-wide community service project, The Big Sweep, on September 28th from 9:00am-12:00pm. Students need a permission slip to participate. Students can get these from the table in the school's lobby area during lunch. Please see the student TV announcements or Ms. Wood for more details.
SGA Football Game
SGA will hold an interest meeting on Tuesday, September 17th during the first 10 minutes of lunch for anyone interested in playing in the football game. The game will be on October 8 from 4:30-6:00pm. Stay tuned for more information concerning the game.
Academic Advising Meetings
Individual advising meetings will continue for Juniors, Seniors and 5th years this week. Sophomores will have group advising next Friday, September 20th.

School Clubs
RECHS clubs are up and running. Please pay attention to the announcements and fliers in the hallways for information.
YEARBOOKS
Students and parents can buy a yearbook for $45. You can buy one from the main office or online using this link.

9th Grade-----$24.00 (Instructional, Science, PE, and Great Raven Migration Day)
10th Grade---$17.00 (Instructional and Science)
11th Grade---$17.00 (Instructional and Science)
12th Grade---$42.00 (Instructional and graduation)
