Closing the gender gap in small holder farming plays a critical role in improving agricultural productivity and in reducing poverty, and though the focus on strengthening agriculture-nutrition linkages continues to increase, little has been done to address the key element of agricultural extension and the role of gender and nutrition in Extension and Advisory Services (EAS).
The INGENAES Global Symposium and Learning Exchange Event is anaction-packed three day event in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia that addresses the question: What does it mean to integrate gender and nutrition into agricultural extension and how do we do it?
