HSE HS Bands Announce Hawaii Trip!
We’re going to Hawaii! - Presidents Day Weekend 2023
Kickoff Meeting: Thursday, April 14th, 2022 - 7pm
Attention Incoming Freshmen and Parents
Please join us for an ultra-informative, All-Things High School Band Meeting:

RUOFF FUNDRAISER INTEREST FORM
One of the ways parents can offset their student's fees is to work concessions at Ruoff Music Center. The percentage of sales that you earn will be directly deposited into your student's band account. More information will follow depending on the interest. Please complete this survey by April 12, 2022.
- Hours - You would need to arrive 2 hours before the event. Alcohol sales stop 30 minutes before the show ends.
- Training - There are 2 online videos and one in person training in late April.
- Concert Dates - The first concert is May 5 and there is a run through May 4.
- Liquor License - Each person would need a liquor license.

In order for this event to run smoothly, we need the assistance of many volunteers in various capacities over those two days. Thank you for lending your time and talents to our Performing Arts Department.

Facebook RCG Group Changes Coming May 1
The current HSE Royal Command and Guard Facebook Group will be changing after May 1. The purpose of the group is to provide a place for current ensemble members and their families to receive detailed information and to ask logistical questions regarding RCG and winter ensembles.
It is with this goal in mind that we kindly ask graduating families and those who are not active members/families to remove themselves by May 1. To our supporters who are not currently active in one of our ensembles, we appreciate you and invite you to follow our progress and cheer us on via the HSE High School Bands page where you can receive up-to-date information on events and competitions. Any remaining individuals will be removed from the group in May.
Current students and families can stay put as we will kick off RCG for the 22-23 school year on May 4 & 5 with our annual Try-It Nights!
