Cost: Tickets will be $40/person.
Q: When & Where can I buy prom tickets?
A: Online ticket sales with a credit card will be from Monday, March 2nd through Friday, March 13th. Tickets may also be purchased before and after school at the PHS Main Office Monday, April 20th through Friday, April 24th.

Q: Can I buy a ticket the day of prom?
A: Students CANNOT buy tickets at the door.
Q: Can I write one check for Post Prom and Prom Tickets?
A: No, these are separate accounts. Please write a separate check for Post Prom Tickets. Please make checks payable to PHS.
Q: How do I get to Lucas Oil Stadium?
A: DIRECTIONS: Take I-70 West to the West Street exit and head north, going past the west side of the stadium. Make a right turn onto South Street. Make a second right turn onto Capitol Ave. Gate #6 is the first gate on the right hand side on Capitol.
Q: Where do I park the evening of prom?
A: You can park at the Stadium South Lot. Cost is $5.00 per car.
Q: What should I expect when I check-in?
A: Please bring your prom ticket to verify purchase. A chaperone will check your name and ticket. If you are not a current PHS student you MUST have your photo ID.
Q: Will I have to take a breathalyzer test?
A: Yes, EVERY student will have to take a breathalyzer test before they enter the prom.
Q: Will a photographer take pictures at Prom?
A: Yes, Hanke Photography will be photographing each couple (or individual if not with a date) who attends prom. Each ticketed person will be photographed one time and will receive one FREE 4x6 photograph. Additional picture packages may be purchased that evening.
Q: Is each person required to be photographed?
A: No, we will not require everyone to be photographed. However, each person has the opportunity to receive a free 4x6 photo (included in the price of the prom ticket) so we highly suggest it.
Q: May I have more than one picture pose?
A: Yes, however a second picture pose is not included in the price of the prom ticket. Picture packages will be available should there be a student who would like to be photographed more than one time.
Q: Can I purchase more pictures, after receiving the free 4x6?
A: Yes. Each ticketed person that was photographed, will receive reorder instructions with their free photograph.
Q: When can I be photographed?
A: We suggest you have your photographs taken early in the evening. The photographers will be available immediately when the doors open at 7:30. The DJ will make two "last call" announcements, but the school and/or photographer will NOT be responsible if a student/couple is not photographed. We do not suggest that you wait until the last call to be photographed.
Q: How do I vote for Prom King and Prom Queen?
A: Voting will be take place in school the week before prom. Only those attending will have the opportunity to vote for Prom King and Queen.
Q: What if I want to bring a date that is not a current Junior or Senior PHS student?
A: First, ALL students attending prom must have a current Code of Conduct form on file with PHS. In addition, all guests must submit a “Guest Request Form” by April 24th for approval.
PLEASE NOTE: Ticket sales are open to any Junior or Senior. Those wanting to attend must have a drug-testing policy form on file. Students may bring ONE guest to the PHS Prom and may be any PHS underclassman or non-PHS student with 20 being the maximum age. He/she must submit a Guest Request Form by April 24th for approval. All non-PHS guests also must submit a copy of their birth certificate OR driver's license in order to be approved by the PHS Administration AND must bring their ID on the night of prom. Forms are now available below, on the PHS website, or in Student Services. The Guest Request Form must be completed and turned in to Student Services prior to purchasing tickets. Also, please be aware that ALL STUDENTS & GUESTS will have to take a breathalyzer on the night of prom.
Q: Will food & beverages be available during prom?
A: Yes! Snacks, water, and lemonade will be provided free of charge.
Q: Can I leave prom once I enter?
A: No, once inside you cannot leave and return.
