"First (virtual) day of Year !! I think (hope), I can do this without
having a mental breakdown everyday! Good vibes appreciated!"
~Mr. Stacy Daniels, via Facebook
"On the eve of the first day of school, my mind is in a hundred different places! Do I have everything published and available? Are my assignments linked correctly and in the right order? Will I see any students during my office hours tomorrow? These are not things I would normally have to think about, but we’re living in a different world than we were just a few months ago... I’m still looking forward to beginning a new school year, but am wondering what it’s going to look like exactly. I do know one thing - I cannot wait to meet my students! I hope everyone at BHS has a great first day tomorrow! 💙💛🦌 #GoBucks #BHStheBest"

Sign Up to Round Up!
The Round Up Program was started by The Schools Foundation and Huntsville Utilities to support local public school systems. The Schools Foundation is a funding partner of Madison County Schools. The more residential and commercial locations that round up, the more funding we can receive. Estimates show that if just half of the residential Huntsville Utilities users rounded up, it would generate approximately $500,000 to support our schools! By rounding up your utility bill to the nearest dollar each month, you help invest in the future of our students!
You can easily sign up to round up online:
http://www.hsvutil.org/myhsvu…/checkbill/roundup/signup.html
It might be a penny, it might be 25 cents, it might be 99 cents, but it will be no more than $11.88 a year. It takes less than 1 minute to fill out.
Thank you for supporting one of our community partners! Go Bucks!
