Please come check the samples out and complete the Instructional Materials Evaluation Form. Email Sara Cooper, Director or Curriculum, Accountability, and Testing at if you have any questions.

And one more sweet sprinkle...

No matter the situation, never let your emotions overpower your intelligence.

Dangerous Projectiles!

Cover your cough. Sneezes too, please. Keep a tissue in your pocket for emergencies. Those little boogers can come out of nowhere.

One Hundred Times The Fun!

Last Thursday was the 100th day of school. Much anticipation and excitement could be felt coursing through the elementary hall as students participated in a variety of activities involving the celebrated number. High-schoolers from Mr. Holubec's class filled the biodegradable helium balloons in the foyer, while the little ones walking by felt new waves of exhilaration. The day turned chilly fast, with blustering winds threatening to rip balloons from those who dared to loosen their grip. Mr. Abbott counted down the blast off as students released their balloons to soar into the sky, carrying hopes they will be returned to them by mail, as each were tagged with their name and the school address.

Thank you to all who helped make it a special day and a big shout out to Mrs. Vanek for coordinating another successful 100th day!

Another reason to get your 8 hours...

Sleep. You don't get it, you gain. Weight, that is. The chemicals which tell your brain it is full are off kilter, thus you are more likely to overindulge.
