Coming Soon! Fundraising for TeamConnor & Pink/Green Out Day

Each year, we partner with TeamConnor to raise money to support children in our area suffering with cancer. All of the money raised goes directly to TeamConnor; none of it is for LPS. Giving is all done online so you don't have to send any money to school.

The giving window will be Monday the 26th - Friday September 30th, so watch for how to give to your child's grade level as we set goals for each grade.

Then to show our support, on Friday the 30th, we have a Pink and/or Green Out day. (Pink is a traditional color for breast cancer support and green is the color for TeamConnor). Students will get to wear as much pink and/or green as possible that day to school in person or online. They can wear socks, shoes, pants, shirts, glasses, wigs, etc. The only rule for elementary is no hair coloring or face paint (this rule applies to any special dress day; we save those privileges for the older kids so they have something to look forward to.)

Want to help out at LPS?

We are ready to have parents back in the building. Please complete the servant leader check so that you can do so. We would love for you to come have lunch with your child, help at lunch and/or recess, make copies, read to the class, help during stations time, or partner with the teacher. Overall we would just love for your to be apart of our day and help out in anyway possible. Please contact your child's teacher or myself to set any of this up.

Chaperone Background Checks

Each year, we need to complete a background check on parents who would like to come and serve at the school or chaperone students in any way. Do this as soon as possible to not delay you attending any field trips or being able to help out in your child's classroom. Please follow this link to complete the form for this year.
