Birthday Treat Guidelines
Because of food and labor shortages, our Nutrition Services department can no longer provide birthday treats.
We will start allowing families to send birthday treats if they want to do so, as long as they come from our list of treats that contain none of the major allergens.
Please bring birthday treats ahead of time (two hours after the start of school, at the latest).
Thank you for understanding that all classroom treats must come from this list, because we do not have the staff capacity to check for allergens that could threaten the health of some students.
Approved Birthday Treats:
- Crazy straws
- Blow Pops
- Juice boxes
- Dum Dum lollipops
- Jelly Belly
- Ring Pops
- Sour Patch Kids
- Swedish Fish
- Life Saver Gummies

Dear Parents and Families:
I'm excited to announce that the Scholastic Book Fair is back! After months without beloved school traditions, our upcoming Book Fair will be a familiar and welcome celebration. Here's what you need to know about our upcoming fair:
- Every dollar you spend will benefit our school directly.
- You can sign up for Book Fair eWallet, a convenient digital payment account, so your child can shop the Fair cash-free. Grandparents, friends, and others can contribute to the eWallet to help build your home library.

Unity Day: Wear Orange on Oct. 20
October 20 is National Unity Day. As a school we are encouraging everyone to wear orange on Wednesday, October 20 and to show unity for kindness, acceptance, and inclusion and to send a visible message that no child should ever experience bullying. At home you can also make a poster or take a photograph to support Unity Day! If you would like your poster or picture to be showcased on Renner's Facebook Page, please send it in an email to Mrs. Kalis! (KalisS@parkhill.k12.mo.us)
More information can be found HERE.
***Please note, we do not order extra yearbooks, so you must order before the deadline.
