For a male that is over 51 years old and not active needs 1600 calories. If they are moderately active they need 1800. If they are incredibly active they need about 2000 to 2200. For females over 51 and not active they need about 2000. If they are moderately active they need 2200 to 2400. If they are really active they need 2400 to 2800.
