What a concert!

Last night, the students performed in their final concert of the year. What a tremendous showcase of talent. The bands and choirs all sounded phenomenal. I was most impressed by the students who were soloists, singing or playing in front of a full house in the gym. Mrs. Weiland shared her talents as the accompanist for the 7th and 8th grade choir. Thanks to Mrs. Erato and Ms. McGinnis for the hard work and encouragement that lead to an incredible experience for everyone.

Celebration Day is next Friday

Next Friday is our annual Celebration Day. Students have a variety of activities to choose from in the morning while competitive team games will occur in the afternoon. The kids will all be in grade level shirts moving from activity to activity. If you haven't had the opportunity to be a part of one of our Celebration Days, now is the time. Here is the link if you'd like to volunteer. Stay tuned for pictures on our twitter feed, @mertonint.

Don't forget the PTO sponsored Rummage Sale tomorrow. It'll be outside, weather permitting, or if the weather doesn't cooperate, it'll be inside the Intermediate School. Hours are from 8:30-3:30. We hope to see you!
