District Standardized Email Signatures

Dickinson ISD provides email for professional use via Microsoft Outlook and Google Apps for Education. These email addresses are intended to be utilized for professional use. We will be implementing a standardized email signature beginning January 2017. All DISD employees will be expected to set up and utilize the standardized signature when utilizing Dickinson ISD Outlook and Google Apps email.

We ask that DISD Employees begin by copying and pasting the standard found in the below link into their email signature and then correcting the appropriate information. Font, color, and size should remain as shown at the below link.

Instructions can be found HERE.

Accessing W-2s in Employee Access Center

It's tax time, and your W-2s can be downloaded in Employee Access Center. If you need a little reminder about how to find them, see this link.

If you are not sure how to login, your username is your employee ID number. For our new employees, if you have not changed it, your password is the last four digits of your Security Number. If you need help with your password, please submit a Work Order through Eduphoria Help Desk, or call the Help Desk at x6028 to be directed to someone that can reset it for you.
