This week is Teacher Appreciation Week! We have treasures planned for our staff each day this week, but the best treasure of all is a gesture of kindness, a note or card or email that just lets them know you are thankful for all they do. I know that my children's teachers are amazing and I am incredibly grateful for their guidance with my kids. It truly takes a village!
We have so much going on in May! Please check the Coming Soon events!

I have been so impressed by our relentless focus this week. Our scholars have been in the zone and our teachers have done a tremedous job administering the test as well as continuing on with elite instruction! May is a busy time with celebrations, banquets, field days, field trips, and just the general wrapping up the year. With spring time, though, emotions and social media are running high. Please remind your children about kindness on social media and kindness to each other. I want to finish out the year strong!
Our all school PBIS activity is May 23rd. Scholars will be able to earn lots of PBIS bucks the next 10 days as well as spend them at the MALL on 5/23. All scholars who have earned ZERO Majors will earn $50.00 and be entered into a McDonald's Gift Card drawing! Way to go!
8th graders who do not pass, will be recommended for remediation and remediation summer school for the retest. Those dates are:
May 28th - June 2nd remediation
June 4th - June 7th Testing
Stay tuned for information for rising 8th graders as it relates to summer opportunities for remediation.
We will have every scholar tested in the morning and we will be able to resume regular
