Fall Chorus Concert
Tuesday, October 18th 7:00PM
It's time, our first concert of the school year! Please take the time to read over this flyer as it contains important information regarding attendance, concert attire, and other expectations for your student. You can also review important information in our Chorus Handbook. Dresses have been ordered, and are expected to arrive sometime in the next two weeks. As always, you can contact me if you have any additional questions.

All students must wear the required concert attire listed in the Concert Attire section of the Chorus Handbook. Remember that in addition to your attire, students are also expected to wear closed-toed black shoes (without heels for the ladies, black socks for men). Students who do not have this attire will not be allowed to check-in and, if they are unable to obtain their uniforms, will not be able to perform.
Student Check-in Policy
Timely attendance allows us to use our time efficiently and ensures that our early rehearsal time does not get moved earlier. As such students are expected to arrive on time. For every minute late, one point will be deducted from your final performance grade as per the Chorus Handbook policy. If you find yourself in the position of being unavoidably detained, please submit a Partial Absence Request form using the link below.
Absence Request Form
Every choir member is important, and I strongly encourage every student and parent to do their part in making sure our concerts represent the best Dacula has to offer. However in the event of an unavoidable conflict, please refer to the Performance Absence portion of your choral handbook for an overview of the guidelines for excused and unexcused absences. You can then use the link below to submit an absence request.
