Why do some leaders succeed during challenging times while others struggle? The answer is simple. These leaders possess the “stay-the-course” grit traits necessary to persevere during challenging times and can overcome obstacles, setbacks, and unimaginable challenges. In this session, leaders will explore self improvement strategies to increase stamina, perseverance, tenacity, and courage. Participants will examine ways to acquire 12 powerful grit traits, develop a 21st century mindset, and increase resiliency, while also discovering the motivational and energizing effect of grit.
