We are about a week and half away from school starting! I am so excited to have students and staff back in the building! Our facilities team has been working diligently to get our building cleaned and ready for the start of the year...it looks wonderful!


Please note there are specifics regarding Supply Drop Off/Welcome Back Day included this week. Additionally, details for class assignments are also below.

Incoming Kindergarten Families

Please view this letter from our transportation department regarding bussing for kindergartners. This letter includes a link to the Buster the Bus safety presentation that you can enjoy with your child.


Additionally, here is a letter from our Health Office regarding our 1st Day Exclusion criteria. If you have questions, or need to talk through specifics, please reach out to the Ferson Creek Nurses, Donna Holloway and Wendy Landers.

Save the Date - Welcome Event & Supply Drop-Off

All students are invited to drop off school supplies and to meet classroom teachers on Monday, August 9, 2019, from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm.


I encourage you to follow the included schedule:

  • 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm – Last names beginning with A– I

  • 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm – Last names beginning with J – Q

  • 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm – Last names beginning with R – Z


This will assist us in meeting your needs in a timely manner and should cut down on the crowds in classrooms when dropping off supplies. However, please understand you are welcome to come anytime between 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm.


Only students are permitted in the school during this event. However, we encourage parents to head out to the back blacktop to sign up with our PTO, check out spirit wear, and explore additional opportunities.

Class Assignments

All active HAC accounts will be accessible on Thursday, August 5. At that time, you will be able to view your child’s classroom assignment and teacher.

In anticipation of finding out your child’s classroom teacher on August 5, please make sure you are registered on the Home Access Center (HAC). If you previously registered, your login names and passwords have not changed, and you do not need to re-register. If you are new or have not previously registered you must have a current and valid email address on file with the school. If you have not provided a current and valid email address you may do so by calling the school office prior to August 5.

Specific log-in directions will be sent the week of August 5th, for those that need them.

Notification of Transportation Routes

Transportation route information for elementary school students will be available online later this month. When available, parents may log in to the VersaTrans e-Link via the included site - http://district.d303.org/bus-route-info-e-link using their Home Access Center (HAC) login credentials. When logging in, please do not check the Authenticate using Network Credentials box.
