RMA - Returning a Defective GPS Device to Synovia

  • Click on Customer Support (Top middle of page)
  • Click on RMA Request (Bottom)
  • Fill out the form - You can add up to 10 devices on one request before having to submit and create a new form
  • Synovia will email you a Return Address and you can send the devices to them for repair or replacement


Please contact Brandi Ray (brandi.ray@gccisd.net) if Synovia sends you a new GPS device, and she can help add it to Synovia to the correct Vehicle.
