Strong is the New Pretty
We are excited that author/photographer Kate Parker will be here at WYWLA on April 20th with her new book Strong is the New Pretty. Her book is filled with photographs and stories of girls which convey the message that it is what is inside of you that counts. She wrote "There are almost 200 girls in this book...they represent a vast number of human stories, ranging from small moments of achievement to persistent struggles against adversity. I hope to expand the definition of what strong means." Find out more by visiting her website at https://katetparker.com/
Books may be ordered using the attached form. Our thanks goes out to Quail Ridge Books and Workman Publishers for providing the author for WYWLA. The author will be signing books immediately after her presentation.
