UGA Early Action
UGA is pleased to announce that more than 15,600 applications were submitted for Early Action this year and over 8,000 students were offered admission. An additional 6,650 applicants had their decisions deferred to the Regular Decision application plan. Congratulations to the new Georgia Bulldogs!!!

FAFSA
Federal Student Aid is the place to go to learn about all types of financial aid options including the federal pell grant, work-study programs, and federal student loan programs. Scholarship and Acceptance Letters
Seniors, as you receive acceptance letters and scholarship awards, please share them with the Counseling Department. SHS would like to celebrate all achievements!! No achievement is too big or too small.
Henry County High School Foundation
Applications are available in the Guidance and Counseling Office. Forms must be received no later than Saturday, January 31, 2017.
Hispanic Scholarship Fund

MARC Scholarship 2017
As part of our commitment to Relocation, MARC has developed a scholarship program for current high school seniors who have relocated into the Atlanta area sometime between grades 9 (after 8th grade graduation) and12. Applications are available in the Counseling Office. Deadline is February 24.
Imagine America Foundation
This scholarship is available for high school seniors attending a high school in the U.S. who have a grade point average of 2.5 or higher, financial need, and demonstrated community service. Students must plan to attend one of the 500 participating career colleges. Application deadline is December 31, 2016.
RHMC Scholarship
RMHC offer scholarships to students in financial need who demonstrate academic achievement, leadership, and community involvement. Visit http://www.rmhc.org/rmhc-us-scholarships. Deadline is January 18, 2017.
GE Reagan Foundation Scholarship
Honoring the legacy and character of our nation’s 40th President, the GE-Reagan Foundation Scholarship Program rewards college-bound students who demonstrate exemplary leadership, drive, integrity, and citizenship with financial assistance to pursue higher education. Ron Brown Scholar Program

Beating Heart Disease Scholarship

Burger King Scholars Program
Created in memory of BURGER KING® Co-founder James “Jim” W. McLamore, the BURGER KING℠ Scholars program has awarded $28.3 million in scholarships to more than 26,800 high school students, BK® employees and their families across the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico since 2000.
