Who is Mr Mason?

Mr Mason is the assistant principal of Jubilee Primary School. He has 4 children and 2 grandchildren. He is 55 years old and a is catholic.

The language of the creed

Mr Mason believes both the Apostles creed and the Nicene creed are belief statements. Also that both creeds were written for us and for our sake. It has a common language like a motto a mission or a team song that connects us to other people.

Timeless words to live by

He believes that the creeds are timeless as long as you believe in them. So many things change but your beliefs don't. During challenging times it can give you something to refer to and base your choice on. It grounds him and conducts himself according to his belief and faith it basically summarises him as a christian.

Christian bonding

Mr Mason believes the creed benefits christians because it makes them feel like they belong to a part of something bigger than just himself. It makes you feel like your apart of a bond or a base.It gives you a purpose or a sense of direction.

What does the creeds mean to me?

To me the creeds are a belief system made to bring people to together with some sort of common language and to make others feel apart of something.
