8th Grade Update
January 5, 2018
Dear 8th Grade Students and Families,
Welcome back to school! I missed you! This week was a short one, but we made the most of our limited time together with some solid learning. Shout out to all 8th graders who helped in today's learning experience by pushing our thinking forward!
In these colder days, please remember the importance of wearing layers. All 8th graders should arrive to school in a warm winter coat and with their uniform fleece or hoodie. Some of our classrooms are a bit chilly, but only uniform layers will be permitted. Dress warmly so you can feel comfy and cozy all day! I also highly recommend hats, scarves, and gloves for those days when we go outside for recess.
Looking ahead: Quarter 2 ends on Friday, January 19th. Be sure to log into Plus Portals to check on your progress!
Also, Catholic Schools Week is coming up at the end of the month. Check out the details below in the events section and get ready to show some love for our important community members. :)
Enjoy your weekend and stay warm!
Love,
Ms. K
