The Month of May celebrates...

*Please be sure to read our newsletter through, as this is where you'll receive important information and updates as our year continues.

Hello Acacia families,

The last four weeks of school are always a busy and exciting time! During this time, we have several grade-level performances, our last ELAC and PTA Association meetings, our third trimester awards assembly, and a fun movie night planned. We will also be having our annual field day where students will get to participate in various outdoor activities, which is always a fun and memorable day for our Cubs. We hope you will join us for these events and celebrate the end of the school year with us!

If you missed online yearbook orders, the PTA has ordered extra yearbooks for families to purchase. Please email acaciacubsyearbook@gmail.com if you would like to reserve a yearbook, or check to see if you had already ordered one.

Yearbooks are $30 each, and are expected to be distributed the week of June 5th.

Thank you for your continued efforts in your child's education!

Entrance Gates & Parking Lot Reminders πŸš™

To alleviate parking lot congestion and to reduce large numbers of students in the same location, we ask that you drop off and pick-up students at designated gates.
  • Special Education: In front of the Multi-Purpose Room (MPR)
  • TK - 1st grade: The gate next next to the kindergarten and TK classrooms
  • Grades 2 - 3: The gate by the flagpole
  • Grades 4 - 5: The gate on Dover avenue
  • Sibling may enter/exit together at the gate that is designated for the youngest student

Parking Lot Reminders:

  • Please do not stop in red zones for any reason, even to quickly drop off a student or to run into the office
  • Do not exit your vehicle in the parking lot unless you have parked in a designated parking spot
  • The yellow zone is for loading and unloading only - we will require you to move your vehicle if you are stationary in a yellow zone without a student leaving or entering your vehicle
  • Be attentive for pedestrians and courteous at all times
