Last Summer Memo
RISE TOGETHER INSPIRE INNOVATION SCHOLARS FIRST ELEVATE EXPECTATIONS
2019-2010 School Year Theme!
EVERY WAY, EVERY DAY!!!
Hello Peak Gryphon Family!
Welcome to the 2019-2020 School Year! Yup, I said it! Can you believe it! The start of the new year is Here! I am so excited about the work that I, Melissa and Tijera have done together this summer! Our goal was to reflect on the previous year, and assess where we felt we could grow. We established we wanted to grow in providing the needs of you, our scholars and our parents!
So, we dug into what we felt you expressed you needed from us in your needs assessment feedback, from our scholars in their panaroma survey, parents survey results and most importantly, OUR DATA!
We have worked hard to ensure that this year we provide clarity for you, for all expectations. We will strive hard to ensure that everything we do this year, will be grounded in our strategic priorities . This means EVERYTHING WE DO will be intentional to effect the change of continuous and intentional academic success!
This means that we, this year, will work to utilize EVERY tool and resource, EVERY WAY, and EVERY DAY, to ensure that our scholars GROW!!!!
I get excited when I think about how WE will work together with these goals this year! I hope you are well rested and ready to dig in. See you soon!
Please read the rest of the memo for some important information.
