Deadlines are Looming!
Senior Survey - due Now - Changes for transcripts can be made up to June 2nd. All seniors should be completing this ASAP. Failure to fill out form will result in your transcripts not being send to the future school/institution you wish to attend.

Textbook and Chromebook Return
Library Book and Chromebook returns: During the last week of school, returns will look a little different. The library will be open only during certain hours for book and chromebook returns. Please come to the library main doors (not parking lot doors) and follow the instructions from the staff when it is your turn to return your books. DO NOT drive into the library parking lot - this is NOT a drive-through event.
All textbooks, library books, chromebooks and chargers are due to the library by June 7, 2021. If you have AP tests scheduled after 6/7, you may return your device and charger to the main office when your tests are completed.
Book return hours June 1 - 7:
Tuesday, 6/1 - 10:30 am -12:30 pm
Wednesday, 6/2 - 10:30 am - 12:30 pm and 4 pm - 6 pm
Thursday, 6/3 - 10:30 am - 12:30 pm and 4 pm - 6 pm
Friday, 6/4 - 10 am - 12 pm
Monday, 6/7 - 3-5 pm
Please remember that face masks and social distancing are required on campus.

Calling all Musicians!If you have been in marching band before and would like to give it another shot next year please fill out this form. Right now, we are planning to have a season that is as normal as possible with football game performances, and hopefully competition performances. If you sign up for marching band you will also have the opportunity to be a part of one of the band classes here at AGHS. Graduation Info
We are working as fast as we can to advertise all the necessary information for graduation. All info will soon be sent out to graduates and their families via Parent Square, posted on our website on the Seniors page and posted in the graduates Class of 2021 Google Classroom.
- Seating Map and Seating Assignments will be posted by 3PM on Wednesday, May 26th.
- Live Streaming for the graduation ceremonies will be on our AGHS Eagles YouTube Channel.
- Gates will open one hour prior to the start time (10AM and 3PM)
- All graduates must be registered through the AGHS Webstore with their guest names.
- Guests with COVID symptoms are asked to remain home
- Guests will be seated on the stadium lawn. Disabled seating will be in the first row of the visitor seats for those that are unable to be seated in the lawn area.

It’s a busy time to be a senior!
Make sure to be checking your Class of 2021 Google Classroom for updates on items like Senior Picnic, Senior Celebration Night, Gold Tassel and Pathway deliver/pick-up and Graduation as well as reminders regarding final grades coming due May 28th. Starting May 17th, seniors can head to the Village of Arroyo Grande to see the Class of 2021 banners. ALL AGHS and Lopez HS seniors names will be listed on banners scattered throughout the village. Also students involved in extra curriculars like athletics, VPAs and clubs/organizations are also honored, too. Enjoy the hunt to find your name seniors!
Senior Celebration Night - by invitation June 2, 2021 6:30PM - 8:00PM in the Stadium. Seniors check your school email for an invite and RSVP. All attendees must respond and provide their guests in order to attend.
Friday, May 28th 11AM - 1PM: Award Pick Up for CTE Cords, Gold Tassel, Capstone Stoles, etc... Seniors check your email to see if you have earned an award to pick up.
Did you miss the Cap & Gown Drive Thru? Cap/Gowns are available for pick up on Fridays ONLY between 8AM - 3:30PM.

Summer School Information
High school summer school is available for students for Credit Recovery. Course content is delivered on a semester system. Students must participate in the session that aligns to the semester they are credit deficient. Health is available for Initial Credit and Credit Recovery. Courses Meet A-G requirements for students in pursuit of university admission.
