Happy New Year!

We hope that you had a wonderful holiday season. It was great to see all of our students back in the building on Thursday and Friday. This month is a busy one -- basketball intramurals just started, the ski and snowboard club will be hitting the slopes, and our new art club will be starting soon. Our courses are deep into the curriculum as we approach midyear - and parent/teacher conferences are just around the corner (more information below). We are looking forward to a great winter here at KPMS!

Parent/Teacher Conferences

Parent/Teacher Conferences will take place on Tuesday, January 21, from 6:00 - 8:00 PM. The conferences will be held in 5-minute slots in teachers' classrooms. Due to our team structure, some of our teachers have chosen to have team conferences, while others have chosen to meet individually. Team/Individual slots will be reflected on the conference scheduling program.

Sign-ups for conferences will be open from Wednesday, January 8th, at 5:00 PM until Wednesday, January 15th, at 5:00 PM. A link will be shared with parents and guardians through email. Sign-ups will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

If you are not able to schedule a conference time for January 21, please make sure to reach out to your child's teacher. We can always make arrangements to meet at another time, by phone or in-person, to discuss your child's progress.

Scholastic Book Fair - Save the Date!

We will be hosting a Scholastic Book Fair at the KPMS library from Tuesday, January 21, through Friday, January 24. Students will come down to the library to look at the titles during one of their ELA classes that week. More information will be share with parents/guardians shortly!
