The following community needs assessment survey from the Lassen-Plumas-Sierra Community Action Agency asks for your input on services in our county. The mission of the LPSCAA is to reduce poverty and work toward self-sufficiency in all our communities and utilizes revenues from the state, federal, and other grant sources to plan and provide needed services for low-income people, especially vulnerable populations. The results of this survey will help make future funding decisions to local organizations that offer services consistent with the findings of this community needs assessment. Thank you - We value your input!
