Anastrophe
Bridjet Zemlak
" The inversion of the usual order of words or clauses."
In standard english, the use of an adjective comes before the noun, but with an anastrophe the noun is followed by the adjective.
Anastrophe makes speech more effective and attractive to convey emotions and mood often in a non-literal sense
