Who Am I?

Big image

Although I use both the left and right side of my brain depending on the thought process necessary, I am most comfortable while using the right side of my brain. That means that I I prefer spontanetly, expression, nurturing, social and interpersonal activity, imagination and creativity, artistry, holistic, abstract, and conceptual thinking. However, sometimes I need more structure, control, clarity, focus, organization, and rational and logical thinking.

Decision Making

Analytical Style

When making decisions I tend to follow the Analytical Style. People with that decision making style are intellectual, wants control, completes tasks by preparing detailed plans, impersonal social oriented, and is skilled in organizing facts and etablishing controls. Others sometimes percieve my decision making as over controlling, impersonal, and sometimes too slow. The best organizational fit for my type of decision making is one that allows for planning or solving complex problems to be important, such as science and engineering.

My Personality Type

#1. GREEN

I have a green personality type. That means that I listen for material neccessary to solve a problem, tune out trivia, and I often miss body language and tone because I am so focused on the words. When I communicate I go to the point with logic and facts, I think before speaking. What frustrates me is small talk, failure, and being wrong publicly.
