EMPOWER EAU CLAIRE
Empower Eau Claire is a participatory budgeting program that designates $300,000 of the City of Eau Claire's budget for physical projects that are suggested and voted on by residents and business owners in Eau Claire.
Participatory Budgeting empowers people by giving them the opportunity to learn new skills, take action, share ideas, and vote on the projects they would most like to see take shape in Eau Claire.
Idea Collection Events are a chance to share your thoughts about what physical projects you'd like to see in the city. Don't worry if you don't have it all figured out, volunteers and City of Eau Claire staff will be on hand to help!
- Idea Collection Event #1 is at North High School - Cafeteria. 1801 Piedmont Road. 6:30 - 8:30 p.m.
- Idea Collection Event #2 is at South Middle School - Cafeteria. 2115 Mitscher Avenue. 6:30 - 8:30 p.m.
- Idea Collection Event #3 is at Delong Middle School - Cafeteria. 2000 Vine Street. 6:30 - 8:30 p.m.
Masks will be required. Families welcome, youth can participate, no on-site childcare.

PRIDE Winter Session Begins In January
The P.R.I.D.E. program serves children with cognitive, sensory, and physical disabilities ages 5-16 years by providing individualized and/or group instruction in the areas of skill development, fitness, and sport/recreational activities.
Individualized programming for each child is based on initial screening, ongoing assessments, and consultation with parents, teachers, and related service personnel. Each child receives individual instruction, attention, support, and encouragement from UWEC undergraduate students.
