New Employee Portal!
We have recently upgraded our finance and accounting software, which includes an enhancement to the employee portal. Keep an eye on your email for an automated message with the login link. The new portal offers all of the features the old system did (like printing pay stubs, reviewing historical absence balances, and the ability to calculate your pay for any withholding changes), plus the ability to update your contact information, receive your W-2 forms electronically, review your current salary information, see the expiration date for your current clearances, and much (much!) more.
Instructions for accessing the new staff portal can be found here on the Staff Resources page. The best part? The new portal uses your @myagsd.net account to sign in – no more keeping track of a separate user name and password! YAY!!!!!
2022 Healthcare Savings Account IRS Limits
The IRS has increased the annual HSA contribution limit for the total of employer + employee contributions. Here are the new limits:
Self-only: $3,650
Family: $7,300
The HSA catch-up contribution (age 55 or older) remains at $1,000 annually.
Want to change how much you are contributing to your HSA? Go on Frontline Central Forms and complete the form titled "HSA ELIGIBILITY DETERMINATION / PRE-TAX SALARY REDUCTION ELECTION FORM - 2022."

Our benefits broker has provided us with some interesting wellness resources this month. The Live Well Work Well Newsletter discusses how to reduce holiday stress. There is also information on caffeine and candle safety.
