The Queen's Life

Queen Shanakdakheto was the Ethiopian queen in 332 BC, she was known for her infamous stand against Alexander the great during her reign. She was the first female ruler and enjoyed a rare and powerful position for any woman of this period. When she died she was put in a tomb for a sign of respect because she was the queen, then put in a pyramid to begin her after life.
