April ACE of the Month
Each month the staff will nominate students in each grade level that meet the criteria below both in and out of the classroom. Only one student is selected for the grade level recognition. Students may be nominated more than one time during the school year.
Criteria for nominating a student:
· Significant progress in the classroom
· Marked improvement toward standards
· Outstanding academic performance
· Notable consideration towards others
· Outstanding attitude/disposition
· Community involvement/service
· Personal development
· Exemplary character
· Individual achievement
Cora Lundberg is in Mrs.Meline's class. When Cora grows up she wants to be a teacher. She loves coming to Eagles because 'learning is fun!'. Cora is always kind and respectful. She has a caring heart and is always enthusiastic from the classroom to the lunchroom. Thank you Cora for being a role model in Kindergarten!
Sairose Magar is in Mrs. Richardson's class. His favorite thing about Eagles is to be with his friends especially outside. Sairose hopes to be a Firefighter when he grows up. Siarose is always respectful to both the students and adults. He is welcoming to all students and staff. He has grown so much this school year! Thank you Sairose for going above and beyond to be an ACE throughout the school!
Lydia Baumann Ms. McNutt's class. Lydia loves Eagles Elementary because she likes to see her friends! She too would like to be a teacher one day! Lydia CONSISTENTLY exhibits ACE behavior and never follows the crowd. She is kind and a hard worker. Thank you Lydia for modeling how to be safe, respectful and responsible!
Lauralei Carl is in Mrs. Hatch's classroom When Lauralei grows up she hopes to be a teacher as well! The best part of Eagles is that she gets to see all the teachers and all her friends. Lauralei is an amazing leader in the classroom. She is a hard worker and has an incredible growth mindset. She is truly an ACE!
Kenadee Ramsey is in Mrs. Musgrave's classroom. Kenadee has a few choices of being a Marine Biologist or a Zoologist one day. She likes coming to Eagles to see her friends each day. Kenadee models positive character traits. She works hard in the classroom to get her work done and pays attention. Thank you Kenadee for being a positive leader at Eagles!
Julian Yousa is in Ms. Utter's class. Julian wants to be a Basketball player when he grows up. He likes coming to Eagles Elementary because he has a lot of friends here! Julian is a quiet leader by leading with his actions and setting a good example for ALL students. He is very kind and respectful. Thank you Julian for your leadership at Eagles! You are amACEing!
