The ability to be flexible in the workplace is very important. In the workplace the only thing that is constant, is change. If a worker can learn to accept and adapt to change in the workplace then they will ultimately result in being ready for change and anticipate it.

Individuals who can logical think and make well thought decisions are very important in the workplace. An employer is always looking for an employee with this skill because they also have the ability to handle pressure.
Interpersonal Skills
Interpersonal skills are very important if you have a job that involves working with people. Interpersonal skills require that you are a good communicator and have the ability to work efficiently and effectively in a team.
