Refer a Friend to Apply to Life School Today
Space is still available on some Life School campuses. If you have family or friends that may be interested in attending Life School, please encourage them to apply today or pass along their contact information by completing this referral form.
Life School is Hiring Substitutes
We are still hiring subs with competitive pay! If you are interested in becoming a substitute teacher with Life School, please click here to apply.
As we begin a new school year, there are several ways parents can help create learning momentum in their child’s education.
Parent Portal
Signing up for Parent Portal is an excellent way for parents to take an active role in their student’s education. Here you can monitor student grades and attendance and set your communication preferences to ensure you are receiving essential information. Click here to sign up.
Campus/District Newsletters
Throughout the school year, there is a vast amount of information to be shared. By reading the weekly campus and monthly district newsletters, you will ensure that you are informed about important information happening across the district.
Culture of Reading
Studies have shown that literacy is a key predictor of academic success. By encouraging a “culture of reading,” students are more likely to read on their own. Limiting screen time and reading together is a great way to encourage your students to read!
Plan for the Future
Having a plan for after graduation can help students to achieve their goals. Whether it’s college, a career, or the military, all Life School students have the opportunity to write their own stories. Early conversations about their future will allow students to see their pathway forward and make a plan for life after LIFE!
Visitor Policy
As students return to campus, we want parents to feel welcome on campus. Parents are encouraged to volunteer, observe in classrooms and eat lunch with their students. Before you visit campus, please take some time to familiarize yourself with Life School’s Visitor Policy (found on page 56 of the Life School Handbook).
“Let’s Talk” Safety Reporting
Life School’s “Let’s Talk” feature allows students, staff or parents to report possible safety issues such as threats, bullying or other concerns. To use the feature, visit lifeschool.net and click “Let’s Talk” in the bottom right-hand corner.
Safety Bulletin
Read the latest Safety Bulletin. These bulletins will be produced quarterly and provide information about how staff, students and parents can help keep our campuses safe.
Our Mission
The Mission of Life School is to develop leaders with life skills through strong academics, character training, and partnerships with parents and the community.
