This two weekend workshop will cover in detail the optimal performance mechanics for both acceleration and maximum velocity. Video analysis, best practice drills to eliminate inefficiency, testing, and mobility and recovery will also be covered.

Brandon is a sports specific biomechanics specialist and the Facility Director for Athletic Republic HQ, the worlds largest sports performance company. Brandon has been in the sports performance industry for almost a decade and has worked with professional athletes from the NFL, MLB, NBA, MLS and the UFC. Brandon is also a former professional beach volleyball player, competing on both domestic tours the AVP and NVL.
