EPSD Update: November 25, 2020

From Superintendent Rosenkrance

Cloud School: November 30th through January 4th

All students will return to Cloud School starting November 30th, after the Thanksgiving Break. At this time, all schools will remain in Cloud School for remote learning until January 4th. The district will continue to work closely with the Larimer County Department of Health and Environment and the State of Colorado to monitor the situation surrounding COVID-19.

During remote learning, students who need reliable internet access or a place free from distraction are encouraged to reach out to their school principal for assistance.

Child Care Support

Estes Park Elementary is partnering with The Boys and Girls Club of Larimer County to provide a safe place with supervision and internet access for students to engage in Cloud School from November 30th - December 18th. There will be a limited number of spots available for K-5 students of essential workers, families without internet access, or who need additional support to engage in remote learning. Scholarship assistance is available.

If you have participated in Boys and Girls Club in the past and want to re-register, please login and do so on your My Procare Page.

Please note, registration or prior registration does not guarantee a spot in the Boys and Girls Club programing. Our availability to provide Boys and Girls Club services will be dependent on Larimer County Dept. of Health and Environment’s recommendations and could change.

Free Meals for Kids

Our Nutrition Services staff will be handing out meals at our regular drive-through location behind the Estes Park Elementary School again starting next week on Tuesday and Thursday 9:30-11:00 am.

As a reminder, meals are available for free to any child ages 0-18. You do not need to qualify for the free and reduced lunch program for this service.
